Paolo Bassetti serves as Italy’s Country Manager and is responsible for overseeing the Group’s entities in the territory.

Bassetti joined the business from Endemol Shine Group, where, until February 2018, he served as CEO and Chairman of the business’ Italian arm and was a member of the International Board.

Prior to Endemol Shine Group, Bassetti held leading roles first as CEO at La Italiana Production back in 1995, and then in 1996, as CEO at Aran Production, which later became an Endemol company. He also covered the Vice President role for four years at APT (Association of Italian Television Producer).
