Leonardo started his career in 1975 working at various programmes in some local networks until he gets the role of Producer for the entertainment shows of Canale5, Rete4 and Italia1. In 1992, he became Executive Producer of a lot of entertainment programmes for RTI and also a permanent member of the Programmes Committee Schedule. In 1999, he became Head of Entertainment RTI and also Deputy Manager of Canale5. In 2004, he took the role as Head of Director in Endemol Italia and later in 2008 became Vice President in the same company.  From February 2014, he is CEO of Magnolia Spa.
