Jostein Olseng joined Mastiff back in 2007. Starting his career as a radio host at the age of 16, he then went on to be a news reporter for almost 10 years following his completion of a degree in journalism. During his time at the business, he has fulfilled the roles of COO, Head of Factual, producer, executive producer, and reporter.

Between 2014 and 2018, he was responsible for establishing and building up Mastiff’s successful factual department and in August 2019, he stepped up as CEO for Mastiff Norway
