    Bringing back the award-winning show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, calls for America’s Most Trusted® Home Builder. Taylor Morrison (NYSE: TMHC) will serve as the first-ever exclusive homebuilder for the series reboot coming to ABC.

    Extreme Makeover: Home Edition takes the biggest home renovation show to ever exist, adds Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin of The Home Edit as hosts, and creates the ultimate home makeover experience. Like the original, the upcoming series will showcase heartwarming stories and mind-blowing builds for families who give back to their communities.

    This announcement comes after the filming of the pilot episode in Taylor Morrison’s Emory Crossing community during September 2023. The rest of the season begins filming this fall.

    Upon completion, the deserving families will be welcomed into thoughtfully designed homes built by Taylor Morrison, finished with organized spaces complimentary of The Home Edit, creating stress-free and memorable move-ins.

    Taylor Morrison has an existing partnership with The Home Edit, a part of Hello Sunshine, which is a division of Candle Media, that began last summer when the homebuilder and home-organization company teamed up to reduce the stress known for accompanying a move, all while adding some fun and function into the process. Curated organization tips centered around a move are featured in the New Home, New Zones video series, and extensions of the partnership are underway to bring The Home Edit’s organizational products and services directly into Taylor Morrison homes.

    In Headliners, Elly-May Barnes leads an ambitious quest to create two bands made up entirely of musicians living with disability.  With support and inspiration from Australian music royalty including her rock legend Dad, Jimmy Barnes, they’ll transform a group of strangers into must see acts on the main stage at a sell-out iconic live music event in just 7 weeks.

    Headliners is an original series from Endemol Shine Australia (A Banijay company). Developed and produced in association with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Screen Australia and Screen NSW. The format is distributed internationally by Banijay.

    From Endemol Shine North America and Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, a part of Candle Media, a new iteration of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is set to return to ABC and stream next day on Hulu for the 2024-2025 season. CleaShearer and Joanna Teplin, co-founders of the global lifestyle brand The Home Edit and the duo who made America fall in love with getting organized, are on board as hosts. The most widely recognized home makeover show to ever exist returns with Shearer and Teplin’s world-renowned organizational expertise to thoughtfully design and specifically tailor each home from the inside out. Like the original series, this reimagining will showcase heartwarming stories, inspired volunteers, and mind-blowing builds for deserving families who give back to their communities.

    In each episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Shearer and Teplin will meet a deserving family in need of a new home. Leaning into their organizing expertise and unique design aesthetic, the duo will work with each family to evaluate and edit every single item they own, ultimately transforming not only their home but the way they live. Assisting them is a team of builders and contractors from homebuilder Taylor Morrison who will expertly reconfigure the home based on the family’s lifestyle and needs.

    Shearer and Teplin are  recognized authors of three New York Times’ bestselling books, creators of globally distributed home and organizational product lines, and have professional organizing services branches in cities throughout the country. Their unique blend of form and function has resonated with millions as they’ve built a social following of more than 9 million fans through a social-first content studio.

    Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is produced by Endemol Shine North America and Hello Sunshine in association with Walt Disney Television Alternative. Shyam Balséserves as showrunner and executive producer along with executive producers Sharon Levy and Michael Heyerman from Endemol Shine North America; and Reese Witherspoon, Sara Rea and Cassie Lambert Scalettar from Hello Sunshine, and Molly Sims.

    The 25 x 22’ and 12 x 2’-shorts are centred around 12-year-olds, Shasha and Milo, as they juggle their everyday lives, alongside their secret roles as the Crescent Island Guardians. Combining action and comedy, our protagonists are tasked with protecting the island from villainous cats and their plots to gain ultimate power, whilst navigating their own ability to transform between human, cat, and a formidable hybrid form.

    Banijay Kids & Family today announces its sales division, Zodiak Kids & Family Distribution, has agreed pre-sales with ABC (Australia) and ZDF and ZDF Studios (Germany) for its upcoming animation Super Happy Magic Forest. Produced by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family, with Movimenti Production (both Banijay Kids & Family companies), the recent sales follow the announcement of the project earlier this year, with broadcast partners BBC and Rai Kids, and pre-sale with Canal+, already confirmed.

    Super Happy Magic Forest is a comedy quest adventure featuring five heroes, brought together by their mutual love of questing, picnics, and frolicking. Led by the outgoing and courageous faun, Hoofius, they battle villains, share journeys, and have a jolly good time along the way as they learn how to be true heroes and how to quest sensibly. The series is based on the popular picture books of the same name by Matty Long, which were first published by Oxford University Press in 2015.

    Executive produced by Ryan Reynolds and hosted by Adam Scott (“Big Little Lies”), “Don’t” is a comedic physical game show where doing nothing is what it takes to win (finally!). Contestants are given the opportunity to team up with their family and friends for the chance to win a cash prize of up to $100,000 by tackling hilarious tasks, each with the simple rule: “DON’T.”From Banijay Studios North America, ABC’s newest summer game show premieres THURSDAY, JUNE 11 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EDT).

     

    “I’m excited for people to see ‘Don’t’ and feel we made the right call in changing what was the working title: ‘Please Do Not,’” said Adam Scott.

     

    In each episode, members of a four-person team strive to accomplish various challenges, such as “Don’t Blink,” “Don’t Look Back” and “Don’t Play Ball in the House,” as they work together to build their bank. If they fail a challenge, they don’t earn money and suffer ridiculous consequences. Along the way, they’ll have the choice to take risks by pushing the Don’t Push Button or taking a chance on a Don’t You Dare, You. In the end, whatever money they have left in their bank – if anything – is theirs to keep. The series is voiced by Ryan Reynolds and features hilarious, unexpected moments that break from the traditional game show format.
