Małgorzata Perkowska-Czaja was appointed Managing Director of Endemol Shine Poland in November 2023. Perkowska-Czaja spent seven years at Endemol Shine Poland, leaving as Director of Non-Scripted Sales. She oversaw hit formats like MasterChef and Big Brother, demonstrating her expertise in deal negotiations and commercial diversification. Her diverse career includes roles at Golden Media/Mastiff Media Poland, Reuters, VRT, CNBC, and TVP. In addition to her professional achievements, she occasionally lectures at the National Film School in Łódź.
