Ryszard Sibilski was appointed Managing Director of Endemol Shine Poland in 2006 and under his leadership the company has grown to become one of the country’s most prominent independent producers. The organisation is a market leader in Poland, producing local versions of Banijay’s global non-scripted hits as well as developing home-grown scripted series.

Ryszard has over twenty years’ experience in the television industry and was part of the team that launched Polish broadcaster TVN in 1998. Prior to that he was the Managing Director of ITI Film Studio, a co-producer and distributor of multiple film productions.
