Remco joined Zodiak Nederland in 2016. He oversees the development of original concepts and international format adaptations. Specialized in, but not limited to, big reality formats, factual entertainment and daily access primetime. Previously he worked as international format distribution manager at Endemol Shine Group. Spanning over 15 years in Dutch media he also worked at various local production companies as editor-in-chief and head creative at RTL Productions.
