Raúl Ballestero fulfils the role of COO of Banijay Group Iberia, overseeing leadership of the Central Management Team. 

He started his professional career as an auditor at Pricewaterhousecoopers. Moving into the audiovisual industry as Financial Controller at CNN+, he then assumed a key role in the management of the payment TV division of Sogecable (Canal+). 

Raúl joined the Banijay Group in July 2009 as CFO of Cuarzo and during the past years has actively contributed to the consolidation of the Spanish activities, with the incorporation of DLO to the group and the merge. He was also involved in the successful launch of TV channel, Non-Stop People in the country.
