Philly de Lacey is the CEO of Screentime New Zealand. She began in television in 1999, and by 2003 she was producing the company’s newly-launched show Police Ten 7. Three years later, she became Managing Director at Screentime NZ. In 2010,she was appointed as one of the Executive Directors of the Screentime Group, comprising of three sister companies which became part of Banijay Group in 2012. Philly is involved at every stage as Executive Producer on all productions.
In recent years De Lacey earned the Independent Producer of the Year Award from SPADA for her outstanding contribution to the NZ film and television industry, and the WIFT (Women in Film and Television) Award for success in Television.
