Wolter joined from Endemol Shine Group where he was CEO Germany and Chairman Europe

having led the merger between Endemol and Shine in 2015. The Hamburg-born manager also previously founded joint ventures with fiction producers Wiedemann & Berg, Jörg Pilawa and Florida TV with moderator duo, Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf. Under his leadership, formats such as Kitchen Impossible, Duel around the World, Celebrity Big Brother, Big Bounce Battle, Germany’s Super Brain, Tatort Weimar, Tatort Dresden, Circus HalliGalli, 4 Blocks and Dark, Germany’s first Netflix series.
