As Global Head of Content Operations, Lucas Green is charged with overseeing the group’s super-brands and existing formats. Promoting recommissions, reboots and returnability, he sets the global strategy for world-class content and priority titles, encouraging roll-out, reinvention and spin-offs.
Green joined Banijay in January 2018 as Head of Content. Previously he ran his own production company and also held roles at Fremantle, BBC and Shine Group.
