Karoline Spodsberg is Nordic Group COO for Banijay Nordic. She has almost 20 years of experience from both the Nordic and the global TV industry within programme development and sales, acquisitions, distribution and broadcasting. In her current role, her main focus is business development and strategic management.

Spodsberg holds a Masters in International Business from the University of Southern Denmark and a Board Leadership and Corporate Governance Degree from Copenhagen Business School. She has been with Banijay since 2007.
