Kamna Nirula Menezes is a psychology–major graduate from Mithibai College of Arts in Mumbai. She started her career teaching at a school for the handicapped before taking her first media job with Rapport Productions, a company that primarily did ground events and activation. She then briefly worked with UTV when Rapport and UTV merged, forming a company called Unirapport, and this was followed by a short stint in a Soft Furnishing Export house – Synergy. She then went back to UTV for a year, before starting Sol in 2003 and has now been in media business for over 16 years.
