Amir Ganor is a leading executive in the Israeli market, with over 20-years’ experience in the production sector.

He became Chief Executive Officer of Endemol Shine Israel in 2017, having been with the company since its creation. He previously held the Chief Operating Officer post, overseeing the business’ operations, commercial activities, strategic initiatives and was part of Endemol’s Commercial Board.  Amir played a significant role in setting up the Israeli scripted division, which during his tenure has grown into one of the most globally-recognised players.

Prior to this, Amir held several senior positions within the Israeli production sector and played key roles in acclaimed Israeli series and formats that sold internationally, including Traffic Light, The Successor with Uri Geller and several others.
