Alexia Laroche-Joubert is one of the best-known French television producers. In 1998, she moved to Endemol France, where she produced Big Brother and Star Academy. She was later promoted to Programming Director of Endemol France in 2001 and continued to bring reality and entertainment formats to local viewers as both producer and host. In 2008, she followed Stéphane Courbit in his new venture, Banijay, where she set up her own company ALJ Productions. ALJ activities merged into Banijay Productions in 2012, and Laroche-Joubert was appointed CEO of the new company. In June 2016, she became CEO of ALP.
