Notice about future consolidated financial results

Following the successful listing on Euronext Amsterdam of FL Entertainment N.V. (FLE), Banijay Group’s parent company, on July 1st, 2022, Banijay Group’s quarterly and annual consolidated financial results will be included in FLE’s corporate and financial disclosure going forward.
