Formed in 1986 Endemol Shine Italy’s activities range from the creation of entertainment and scripted programmes of all kinds to the creation and adaptation of formats for the main Italian networks, satellite platforms and interactive media.

Among its entertainment titles are Big Brother, MasterChef, Soliti Ignoti – The Return, Your Business, Such and Which Show, Free Fall !, Nightmare kitchens, The proof of the cook, Said Done, Tonight everything is possible, Boss in incognito, and the two original Italian formats, successfully exported abroad, The Best Years and Next another!.

Fiction also has a strategic importance : the company invests in original talent and content, also drawing on the publishing world. Among its productions are, Another Life, Try Again Prof.!, The Student and The Three Roses of Eve. Always attentive to the evolution of the TV and social media market, the company over the years has designed products that have become the ideal content for the various technological platforms, thus inaugurating the trend of multi-platform programmes. The first example in Italy of this creative and business process was in 2000 with Big Brother. Endemol Shine Italy also deals with all ancillary rights (licensing, merchandising, product placement, music rights, fixed network and mobile phone networks, Apps, Web, DTT and multimedia content for printing), second screens and TV interactive.
