Banijay Productions was founded in 2008, by two veteran French producers, Alexia Laroche-Joubert and Lionel Vialaneix, both formerly from Endemol France.
BPF has produced across a range of genres including reality and factual entertainment. The company’s most top rated is the wildly successful reality franchise Les Ch’tis, known internationally as Party Workers, which has continually broken records for DTT network W9 over 14 seasons, spin offs included. Another French DTT proven hits: A season at the Zoo and its various spin offs, a success in access prime time for France 4 since 2014, and the adventure competition Good Luck Guys, another successful brand for W9.
BPF is also known for adaptations of international successes such as Popstars and Weakest Link.
Florence Fayard started her career at Endemol France where she worked in the production team for Star Academy, Big Brother and Secret Story. Before joining Studio 89 as a producer for Le Morning Café, La vraie Vie d’Eve Angeli, she was in the production team for FremantleMedia and Starling.
Florence joined Banijay Productions in 2009 to develop and produce Dilemme, and then the successful brands Les Ch’tis, Les Marseillais, Moundir et les apprentis aventuriers, Les Marseillais vs le reste du Monde. In April 2018, she was appointed Managing Director of Banijay Productions.
