Grünfeld joins from the production company Cheerio, which she founded and developed in 2022 as Managing Director within the ProSiebenSat.1 Group.
Nadine Grünfeld previously worked at Banijay Germany from 2017 to 2022: At EndemolShine Germany – initially as Executive Producer, later as Executive Director where she was responsible for well-known format brands such as The Masked Singer, LEGO Masters, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, and the reboot of Beauty & The Nerd.
She began her career in 1998 at the Hamburg production company MME, where she initially worked in the Bravo TV editorial team and later played a key role in shaping the renovation show Einsatz in 4 Wände as Editor-in-Chief. Grünfeld oversaw the first German I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!season in Australia and was a member of the ITV jungle core team as a show producer until 2017.
Most recently, as Managing Director of the production company Cheerio Entertainment, she established international format brands such as The Floor and Most Wanted and was responsible for the execution of the first look deal with John de Mol’s company Talpa Studios.
At Brainpool, Nadine Grünfeld will be Managing Director, focusing on expanding the show unit to create new entertainment brands, complementing the Brainpool management team led by Godehard Wolpers and Florian Göbels.
