Banijay Kids & Family Unveils New Licensing Deals for Mr Bean

Banijay Kids & Family, a global leader in children’s entertainment, behind hit shows such as Totally Spies! and Mr Bean: The Animated Series, today announces a wave of new licensing partnerships for the iconic Mr Bean brand, alongside the appointment of a new licensing agent for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In the UK, Blues Group has signed to produce a new line of dress-up apparel inspired by the beloved character. Additional new partners in the UK include Intelex with a range of heatable plush‑based products; Teddy Mountain UK, which will further strengthen the plush category with a dedicated line of Mr Bean  make your own plush; and Droyz, which specialises in customisable collectible figures. In Malaysia, Banijay Kids & Family has secured a deal with JomRun, which will launch Mr Bean‑branded marathons across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia. Alongside these new signings, Banijay Kids & Family confirms the renewal of two long-standing apparel partners: Spike Leisurewear and Aykroyds TDP.

To strengthen the brand’s strategic growth across central Europe, Banijay Kids & Family has appointed leading agency V.I.P. Entertainment & Merchandising GmbH as the licensing agent for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, to spearhead Mr Bean’s expansion within these markets.

The fourth season of Mr Bean: The Animated Series premiered last year in the UK on ITVX and Boomerang, and globally on Warner Bros. Discovery’s kids’ channels and streaming services through deals agreed by Banijay Rights. It is produced by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family (part of Banijay Kids & Family) and executive produced by Tom Beattie and Rowan Atkinson, who also provides the voice.
