Banijay Productions France brings together the skills and experience of two veteran French producers, Alexia Laroche-Joubert and Lionel Vialaneix, along with popular French host Benjamin Castaldi, in a new production entity. Both formerly from Endemol France, Alexia and Lionel  joined Stéphane Courbit’s new venture in 2008. Since then, they produced original formats across a range of genres such as entertainment (My Parents Are Gonna Love You, NRJ12), reality (Dilemma, W9), or variety (On Stage With My Idol, TF1). Since joining forces, they have brought to French channels shows like Les Ch’tis à Ibiza, a huge success for DTT channel leader W9.
